GMS DE student Isabella Montini (Political Science) has won a dissertation award from survey firm Besample, enabling her to conduct a 3000 household survey in Brazil for her dissertation on claims-making by favela residents under criminal governance. Montini’s project was chosen from among 25 semi-finalists, each of whom had won pilot grants from Besample.
